1. About these terms

These terms apply to the cleaning services provided by Urban West Cleaning ("we", "us", "our") to you, the customer. By requesting a quote or booking a clean, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide residential home cleaning and end-of-lease (bond) cleaning within our service area around Sydney. The specific tasks included in your clean are those described in your quote or agreed with you before the clean.

3. Quotes and pricing

• Quotes are based on the information you provide about your property and the work required.
• If the property differs significantly from what was described, we may need to adjust the price, and we'll talk to you before doing so.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated, or 30 days if not stated.

4. Bookings and access

You're responsible for giving us safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time, including details about parking, keys, alarms and pets. If we can't access the property, a fee may apply.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

7. Re-clean policy

• Secure any items you don't want handled or moved.
• Ensure the property has running water and power available for the clean.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the services or paying the cost of having them re-performed.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one in effect when you book.
